At Truffles Mystery we LOVE hosting large group events and private shows, but as you are all aware with the current state of our health crisis in the US, we are taking this very seriously. All live shows are on hiatus, and over the next 6 months we will be assessing Private Event Requests only on a case by case basis.

If you are hoping to host a great (and small) birthday at home, or even a unique (and large) office team-building online, we are offering the TRUFFLES "At Home" Murder Mystery Party- which can also be hosted virtual for corporate! Terms & Conditions
ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE and non-refundable unless ticket holders have been notified by the producers of an upcoming show cancellation, a severe weather emergency, or other noted show schedule change. The above stated does not guarantee a refund until producers have notified ticket holders of such case at that time.
TICKET EXCHANGE requests are allowed with a 48 hour notice and would incur a fee of $10/ ticket to be applied and charged at the time of the date exchange and booking.
NOTICE OF FOOD ALLERGIES must be detailed on your booking at the time of purchase online, or must be emailed immediately to note proper care to your reservation before your show date. It is imperative that the individual is also responsible for informing their server at the venue on their show date upon arrival, and before the food begins coming out, to ensure proper care is taken with the kitchen staff.
TICKET UPGRADES AND/OR VIP SEATS will be ready for you upon arrival, however if you feel you are not seated in the correct section for your ticket purchase you must inform a staff member immediately so they may check and reference your original purchase to correct any errors in seating before the show begins.
A NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO during your shows is detailed on your ticket purchase, and with your purchase you agree to the terms listed here. Photography and video captured live at every show is used for commercial and marketing purposes only, and is not sold or used for other gain besides that of the show production here. Every table may download their photo or group shot the following week posted through our social media and Facebook page. If you wish for your welcome photo to not be take you may inform the photographer at that time, and you may email the production here for any concerns you may have:
