Olga loves to host extravagant parties for the créme de la créme of Italy, drinks only fine aged wines and spends the family money with ease.

Olga grew up poor, and schmoozed her way up.
Now she entertains celebrities & politicians at the estate.
She often hosts weekend long, extravagant parties on the grounds and around the world for her socialite friends.

Olga met Virgil Donati (the brother) when she was 20, working in an Italian wine bar. She fell head over heels & they dated briefly. Then one day while out on a date with Virgil, she met Dante, his older & more affluent brother & the heir to the Donati Fortune. She immediately lusted after Dante & he stole her away. They were married within the year. Some believe she only married Dante for the money & she is really still in love with Virgil to this day. Virgil has never forgiven his brother, but yet has remained close with the family all of these years.

While she is not a brat, she frequently begs until she gets what she wants, and always does.

Isabella is definitely boy crazy, meeting the sons of wealthy business owners and millionaires all her life, however she has somehow fallen for the lowly, poor, orphan waiter, Carlo, at the ristorante, and they have kept their relationship a secret from her parents, as they would not approve at all.

Virgil has been harboring a secret love for Olga, Dante’s wife, for over 13 years.

His father left Virgil out of the family will, and instead left everything to Dante.
He has to work multiple jobs to get by, including at the family ristorante which is owned and run by Dante and Olga.
Olga actually met Virgil first and dated him for a while.
One day he decided to introduce her to the family, and that is when she met Dante. He stole her away from his baby brother, and everyone believes that Olga chose Dante for the money.

For years, Virgil has held resentment for his brother for two things: Inheriting the family fortune & stealing the love of his life. His comedy helps him cope with the multiple jobs he is forced to take, such as a toy store clerk, train driver & most recently a stint on the police force, which Olga actually found very attractive. Olga and Virgil have always flirted over the years, infuriating Dante & forcing him to look the other way.

The insane, truffle-loving, pasta-making Chef Bruno knows his way around a kitchen, that's for sure...but! ...does he know how to finagle his way into "part ownership" in a huge company & brand? Bruno Bareli is the semi-famous, Executive Head Chef who oversees the Donati Ristorante.

He is a television celebrity in the foodie world, having been featured on the biggest Cooking Reality Shows, Top Chef & Hell’s Kitchen.
People fly in from all over the world to dine at his restaurant and taste his truffle dishes.
He is forever in search of the biggest, best & smelliest dirt diamonds, and often eats truffles raw, infuriating Olga, eating the restaurant’s profits.

Olga, Dante & Chef often get into screaming fights in the kitchen, and while they do not see eye to eye, they love Chef Bruno like he is part of the family, as he has been with them since before the opening of the restaurant.

He formed a friendship with Isabella & over the last year has fallen deeply in love with her.
They are currently hiding a romantic relationship from her parents

Dante loves being surrounded by beautiful women, so he immediately hired her as the hostess
She has worked at Donati's for 9 years.
She plays a dumb blonde but studies people closely & is a very smart & calculated woman.
Last year she convinced Dante to give her a bigger role in the company, besides just hosting nightly, so now she runs the books, overseeing all financials, much to Olga’s dismay.

Don ended up marrying a nice girl & had 4 kids. His wife & (now grown) children are very aware of his bad practices, but turn their heads the other way.

Dante always hires Bella to stage the Truffle Auctions at the restaurant. He knows it will attract huge press, and that makes his wife Olga, very jealous. She deals with it, while also dealing with Beatrice, the hostess, and every other woman who is after Dante and his money. Bella, Beatrice and Olga's personalities often clash hard, but since Bella is best friends with Isabella, it is a good escape at these events. Bella thrives in this type of environment, and nothing phases her.
