CANCELLATION/ DATE EXCHANGE POLICY:
In the event of a private event cancellation, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If notified 48 hours in advance, a Date Exchange will be granted for all payments made towards the event and a 10% date exchange fee will be applied to a future booking. If notified less than 48 hours in advance a 25% date exchange fee will apply towards a future booking.
FINAL SALE POLICY:
All bookings are final sale.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
Please inform us in advance of any food allergies, dietary requirements, gluten free, vegan or vegetarian requests, as notifying the kitchen staff the day of an event is not ideal.
GUEST COUNT:
Please note if guest count changes, a price quote adjustment will be made accordingly to meet the venue minimum requirements for private events.
GETTING READY FOR YOUR NIGHT:
You will receive 2 Pre-Show emails from us leading up to your event detailing the night, as well as an email on how to assign the characters for Truffles Mystery to your group!

Your booking manager will contact you 1 week before your event with all details and charachter descriptions, and in the meantime feel free to look through our CHARACTERS page on the website.
